The Artist: Hey there, my name is Arianna Juliette Regier Hall, and I'm the artist and owner of Juliette's Studio. With a Master's of Science in Science Education, I'm also a middle school science teacher. People always ask me how long I've been drawing and to be honest, since I could hold a crayon - like we all have! Throughout my life my art has been inspired by inspired by Oregon and Colorado's wildlife and nature, a multitude of science fiction novels, deep space, different cultures, languages, a variety of biomes, and overall - the human condition to be curious and question our surroundings.

Background: For a long time my friends and family have encouraged me to share my art with the world, and for a long time I felt like my teaching career demanded my whole being. Every time I opened up my sketchbook, someone would exclaim "why aren't you a tattoo artist?!" Well truth is, I probably will be when I find a summer and a mentor to put in the hours and practice.

• Incorporating "larger than life" or hidden symbolism into any piece

 

Application: My artwork has been shown in a number of galleries and coffee shops in Portland, OR including PNCA, Godiva Chocolates, and The Beanery. In high school, I created the company "sketchbook apparel" and sold hundreds of t-shirts with my designs in the center. My work has also adorned many bodies in the form of custom tattoo designs through and beyond my years in college.
